The week began with the Ms & Mr Fresher Contest, continued with a lively Talent Hunt, and concluded with a fun-filled Grand Gala at Wonderla, giving new students a memorable start to their MBA journey.

The programme emphasised teamwork, leadership, communication, and problem-solving through experiential activities, offering valuable exposure and supporting the students’ overall professional growth and development.

The Department of Business Administration at Acharya Institute of Technology delivered an impressive performance at Tech Kreeda 2025, the Inter-Department Sports Fest. The team showcased remarkable talent and sportsmanship, securing multiple victories in Cricket, Football, Throwball, and various athletic events, establishing themselves as one of the top-performing departments.

Acharya Institute of Technology’s Outbound Training Program at Lalbagh Gardens helped MBA students build leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills through engaging activities, offering a valuable hands-on learning experience for professional growth.

Acharya Institute of Technology’s MBA Department hosted the International Expo, Carnival of Continents, where students showcased global culture, business, food, currency, and history. Batch 4 (Europe Team) won for their outstanding presentation and execution during the highly engaging academic event.

The MBA–MCA Inaugural Programme 2025–26 at Acharya Institute of Technology, held on 16th October 2025, officially welcomed the new batch of students. The event introduced them to the institution’s academic framework, campus culture, policies, and support systems, providing a strong foundation and smooth transition into their professional and academic journey.

The Department of Business Administration at Acharya Institute of Technology organized ELYSIUM 2025, a heartfelt farewell for the outgoing Batch of 2023–2025. The event included fun activities, mock awards, cultural performances, and emotional moments, celebrating students’ achievements and the strong bond shared with faculty, creating a memorable and vibrant send-off.

The Department of Business Administration at Acharya Institute of Technology successfully organized Ideathon 2025 as part of Tech Habba on 13th November 2025. The two-round competition provided students a platform to present innovative solutions to real-world challenges, fostering creativity, critical thinking, teamwork, and entrepreneurial skills, while identifying impactful ideas for future development.

MBA students from Acharya Institute of Technology attended the Bengaluru Tech Summit on 20th November 2025 at BIEC. 105 students participated in the exhibition and Futurpreneur session themed Dream • Dare • Disrupt. Key speakers included Suhani Shah, Shubhanshu Shukla, Ankur Warikoo, Kaivalya Vohra, with an interactive discussion featuring Sania Mirza and Richa Ghos.

Acharya Institute of Technology faculty enjoyed an outbound trip to Golden Palms Resort on 25th August 2025, combining leisure and professional interaction. The trip featured team-building activities, collaborative discussions, and relaxing moments, promoting stronger interpersonal relationships, enhancing teamwork, and creating a refreshing and memorable experience that fostered unity and professional growth among all participating faculty members.

The Department of MBA at Acharya Institute of Technology hosted the national initiative Dx-EDGE: Empowering Excellence and Growth through Digital Transformation on 29th October 2025. In collaboration with CII, NITI Frontier Tech Hub, and AICTE, the program highlighted Digital Transformation Facilitation Centres (DTFCs), fostering innovation and empowering India’s MSME sector for a future-ready, competitive economy.

Acharya's MBA students embark on a 7-day Familiarization Programme at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), Malaysia — a unique blend of academic excellence and cross-cultural immersion. The program features sessions on strategic leadership, supply chain analytics, decision-making insights, and digital transformation in marketing, complemented by cultural tours to Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh, and Penang. This global exposure empowers future managers with international business perspectives and experiential learning beyond the classroom.

We are proud to share that Mr. Abhishek Venkateshawar, Head of the MBA Department, Acharya Institute of Technology, has been awarded the prestigious title of Accredited Management Teacher (AMT) by the All India Management Association (AIMA) on 6th October 2025. AIMA, India’s apex body for management education and leadership development with over 68 years of excellence, confers this recognition upon professionals who exhibit exceptional expertise and contributions to the field of management.

The International Management Fest Ksherapatha: Exuberance 4.0 (31st July–1st August) saw 30+ colleges battle it out in marketing, finance, HR, business quiz, case studies, simulations, and BGMI. Energy peaked with cultural shows and global networking, ending in glory as CMS Jain clinched the Overall Championship, making Exuberance 4.0 a true celebration of talent, innovation, and camaraderie.

Eminence 1.0 Achievers’ Day 2025 on 4th July at Acharya Institute of Technology celebrated the triumphs of MBA students, faculty, and alumni in academics, leadership, sports, and culture. With a grand award ceremony, inspiring address by Dr. C K Marigowda, esteemed dignitaries, and the MBA Fest 2025 teaser launch, the day was a vibrant tribute to excellence and aspiration.

On 24th June 2025, the first-ever MBA Expo 1.0 – Trendscape 2025, blending innovation, research, and business insight. Six vibrant industry zones—Hospitality & Tourism, Automobile, Media & Entertainment, Banking & Financial Services, and Food & Beverage brought real-world business to life, showcasing creativity, teamwork, and presentation excellence.

The International MEC Conference (April 3–4, 2025) united brilliant minds from across the globe, with 70+ impactful research papers presented by scholars from the USA, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, and India. From groundbreaking ideas to rich academic debates, the event was a true celebration of innovation in business and management. A special salute to Dr. Arief Wibowo, Deputy Rector, UBL, for his inspiring keynote, and heartfelt thanks to our leadership, faculty, session chairs, and publication partner Wiley for making this global knowledge exchange a resounding success.

On 7th Jan 2025, our students set off on a remarkable Domestic Immersion journey an odyssey of learning, culture, and adventure. From Delhi’s grandeur and Agra’s monuments to Punjab’s spirit and Manali’s serene charm, every stop enriched minds and hearts, leaving behind a trove of unforgettable memories.

On 13th Feb 2025, our students embarked on a transformative Global Immersion to Indonesia where the world became their classroom. From insightful company visits to rich cultural experiences, they explored a vibrant economy, embraced a dynamic heritage, and returned with broadened global perspectives and a passion for cross-cultural collaboration.
